Once you fill out the form, our team will personally review your responses and recommend the therapist who best fits your needs. If we need more info, we’ll reach out for a quick conversation. From there, you can schedule directly or set up a brief call to make sure it’s the right fit. Our goal is to make the process feel thoughtful, clear, and personalized from the start.

This free call is an important part of the process. It gives us a chance to really understand what’s going on in your world—so we can offer support that’s thoughtful, intentional, and truly tailored to you. It’s a focused space to ask questions, name what matters most, and make sure you feel confident about your next step.
3. Come As You Are
You don’t have to show up perfect—or even fully sure of what you need. Our team is here to meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re overwhelmed, uncertain, or just taking the first brave step, we’ll walk alongside you and help make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
