I value holistic care, collaborate with providers, and integrate Christian perspectives when desired. I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, and time with loved ones.

    I’m a mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting youth and adolescents. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and identity development, offering a safe, empathetic space for healing. I’m passionate about early intervention and honored to walk with families toward emotional wellness. I also enjoy running and movies.
