Jordan Madison, MA, MFT
Therapist for individuals and couples working through disconnection, faith, and relational strain
Hey there, my name is Jordan Madison!
I believe that real change starts with a willing mind. It’s not about fixing everything all at once—it’s about taking that first honest step and knowing you don’t have to do it alone.
My heart is to empower people to recognize both their strengths and challenges. While working with individuals (16+), couples, and families, I care deeply about helping people build empathy, grow in self-awareness, and find healthier ways to communicate in order to build positive relationships.
You get to set the pace—whether fast or slow—and I’ll be here to help you stay grounded through it. This work isn’t always easy, but it is sacred. And I believe fully that God brings beauty from ashes.
You may find yourself:
Stuck in cycles of distance, frustration, or emotional shutdown
Wanting to repair trust but unsure where to begin
Carrying unresolved hurt from betrayal, trauma, or strained communication
Struggling to connect with your partner, your family, or even yourself
Feeling burnt out in your role as a parent or provider
Longing for change, but overwhelmed by what it might take
What You Can Expect From Me:
I aim to empower you to begin untangling
what’s been holding you back.
I use practical tools from CBT and Gottman, with room to bring in faith when it’s important to you. I am direct and authentic, as well as compassionate and collaborative. Therapy isn’t a quick fix, but it can be a powerful toolkit. You set the pace—I’m here to walk with you, challenge you when needed, and celebrate the progress you make.
